Because this application is designed for internal automated content management, we only collect and process minimal technical data necessary to upload videos and posts to managed Facebook Pages:

• Meta Graph API Credentials: Page Access Tokens, App IDs, and Page IDs required to authenticate upload requests with Meta APIs.
• Media and Post Data: Video files, captions, descriptions, and hashtags explicitly selected for uploading to managed Facebook Pages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly for the following operational purposes:

• To automate the process of uploading and publishing videos or Reels onto your authorized Facebook Pages.
• To monitor API rate limits, error logs, and post completion status via Meta Graph API endpoints.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data or application credentials to third parties. Media files and access tokens are strictly transmitted directly to Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook Graph API) solely to execute requested post creations.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Application tokens and local configuration files (e.g., secrets configuration) are stored securely on local infrastructure. Media items are held temporarily during the upload phase and deleted or archived locally according to user-managed storage preferences.

5. Data Deletion Requests

You have full control over your data. If you wish to revoke access or request deletion of cached application credentials and stored media metadata, you may do so by removing the application’s access via your Facebook Page Settings or by contacting us at: admin@yourdomain.com.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly to this URL with an updated effective date.
